the story behind sonder
The word “Sonder” beautifully stands for “the realization that each random passerby is living life as vivid and complex as your own. It’s easy to experience life from the lens of our own eyes with ourselves at the center of our narrative. But we are, of course, part of everyone else’s stories as well and these stories are deeply intertwined and interconnected. In subtle and sometimes not-so-subtle ways, we influence the trajectories of the people around us, those we have yet to meet and even those we will never get the chance to encounter.

I recently converted from tape in extensions to hand tied. I much prefer the hand tied IBE extensions due to their comfort, flexibility, and natural look. I am able to wear my hair in many different styles (without any tape ins popping through), and my hair feels overall much healthier. I can go a couple extra weeks with hand tied extensions before a move up is needed (8 -10 weeks), but needed to be seen every 6-8 weeks with tape ins. I am happy I switched to IBE hand tied wefts and Sierra is consistently on point with her placement each appointment!
